We shopped around for quotes from several reputable Perth renovation companies before choosing Gia’s, and we are so glad we went with them! From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication, and personalised design service stood out. Jasmin, their interior designer, came to our home and helped us bring our ideas to life. She truly listened to everything we wanted and created a design that was even better than we could have imagined.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lyn and the admin team were fantastic at explaining every step and had everything organised so efficiently that we were able to go away on a caravanning trip while the renovations took place. The pre-start meeting with Jasmin, Dale (project manager), and some of the tradesmen gave us great confidence in the team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about quality.

While we were away, Jasmin and Marla kept us constantly updated with photos, messages, and even FaceTime calls so we could see the progress. Dale’s attention to detail and perfectionism was next level - he made sure every single thing was done to perfection and that our project ran to schedule.

When we arrived home, we were absolutely blown away by the transformation - our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry/wc were beyond stunning. Everything was finished to the highest standard, and the end result is even more beautiful and functional than we dreamed.

As first-time renovators, we were quite nervous after hearing so many horror stories from others, but our experience with Gia’s was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Gia’s Renovations for your bathroom renovation!!! Gia’s Renovations stripped out everything in my old worn out 1960’s bathroom in Hamersley and then remodelled the whole bathroom with completely new tiles and all fixtures. They handled the project from start to finish organising all the different trades which left me feeling positive about the whole experience. They did an amazing job and I would very happily use them again.
